In less than one week, Vecoplan will install its state of the art Vecoplan VAZ 1300 - 1600 in our facilities. We have been preparing the room where the machine will be installed.
It has been painted white (including the ceiling), more lights are being added, and the floor is being painted with a special industrial floor paint with anti-slip floor paint additive.
We are now offering this service for a great fee to anyone whoo is interested; please give us a call, and we will send our van or truck to pick up your left over fabrics and plastic. Alternatively, you can bring it to our facility as well.
We are so excited!! We have embedded environmental, social, and corporate governance, or ESG, policies into our company's strategies.

In our endless quest to reduce our carbon footprint, we are pleased to let our clients know we have bought a state of the art industrial fabric shredder from Vecoplan (it shreds plastic and spandex even, one of the most difficult materials to shred). Chad Anthony from Vecoplan has been working to have it installed within a few weeks; it is arriving from Germany..
The shredded material is 100% recyclable, it reduces the waste to 1/5th. As I wrote recently to a customer, at Exacta, we are very conscientious and committed to sustainability; we are constantly either recycling anything and everything, while looking at any and all ways to further reduce our carbon foot print. This is mainly in memory of our dear and beloved daughter Mona Daniella, who died tragically and suddenly: she was a big activist for the environment. We will continue to uphold her principles in preservation of her memory.
